1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Uptronics Power System website. By using this site you accept these terms. Solar installation contracts are governed by separate written agreements signed at the time of order.
2. Estimates & calculators
Figures produced by our solar savings calculator, EMI calculator and instant quotation tool are indicative estimates based on regional averages (generation, tariffs, component prices) current at the time of publication. They are not binding offers. Exact pricing and system specifications are confirmed only after a site survey, in a written quotation.
3. Subsidy amounts
Government subsidy amounts (including PM Surya Ghar central financial assistance) are set by MNRE/UPNEDA and may change without notice. Eligibility is determined by the government, not by us. Subsidies are credited directly to the customer's bank account by the government; we never collect or disburse subsidy amounts.
4. Website content
Content on this site is provided for general information and is updated periodically. Sample projects and testimonials marked as illustrative represent typical engagements. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that all content is error-free at all times.
5. Intellectual property
The Uptronics Power System name, logo and website content are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
